Q: What is the best way to contact your company?

A: The quickest way to contact us is by clicking the Inquiries link at the bottom of every page.


Q: Can I place an order by phone?

A: We no longer accept orders by phone. We have spent countless hours building a website that is not only secure but very easy to navigate and understand.


Q: Do you stock the items listed on your website.

A: We stock most FCMOTO items but all other parts we order direct from the manufacturer/distributor. Items ordered from the manufacturer/distributor is drop shipped directly to our customers. Once again, this allows us to keep our overhead low so that we can offer great prices to our customers.

**PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally our distributors may be out of stock or back-ordered on an item. If this happens we will place your name on the back-order list so that once the item comes in it will ship to you immediately. We will also contact you via email and inform you of the status of the part and when it is expected to be delivered. Unless we hear otherwise, we will leave your name on the back-order list.


Q: I have been emailing you but have not got any responses. Why?

A: We reply to ALL emails. If you have not received a reply from us please check your Trash/Bulk folder. It is possible that your email client/system may have marked our emails as Spam and automatically put it in your Trash or Bulk folder. If our email is marked as spam, be sure to change this in your email program so you can get replies in the future.

**PLEASE NOTE: If you have placed an order with us and have been trying to contact us about the order and have not received any responses be sure to check your Trash/Bulk folder. I can assure you that we have been replying. If we realize that you have not been getting the responses then we will send you an response through our Gmail account. Emails from our Gmail account should get through. If for some reason we notice that you have not received the emails from both of our email accounts we will try to reach you by phone.

Be sure that when you order from us, you use a valid email address. All communication is done by email.


Q: Do you accept VISA/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover cards?

A: We accept all these cards as payment through PAYPAL. All payment transactions are handled through PAYPAL’s secure website. Once you choose to checkout, you are directed to PAYPAL’s website for CC processing. Once you are finished you are taken back to our site for confirmation.


Q: Is your site secure?

A: You can be assured that your financial information is 100% secure. Since all orders are handled directly on the Paypal website your personal financial information is kept secure. NO financial information is input or housed on our site. Click to view Paypal’s Privacy Policies. Also our site is fully secured using a 256bit encrypted SSL certificate to secure all information entered into our site.


Q: Do you offer warranties for the products you sell?

A: First City MOTO only offers a warranty on FCMOTO products. For more info on our warranties please visit our Policies page.

We do not warranty or guarantee any other products that we sell. All Warranty claims and issues are handled and backed by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues. First City MOTO stands behind the products that it sells and will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer if needed. Because we are committed to our customers, we will act as a liason between the customer and the manufacturer in order to assure all warranties are handled and that our customers are taken care of. 


Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our return policy is listed on our Policies page.


Q: How do I get in touch with the manufacturer of my parts regarding warranty/issues?

A: The easiest thing to do is Google the manufacturer to get their phone number/email address. If you are having trouble getting in touch with the manufacturer, please feel free to contact us for help.

Q: Do you accept foreign orders?

A: We no longer accept foreign orders due to fraud.  Sorry!
